Silicones, Inc. is constantly developing products for new applications, improving our existing products and researching new technologies that might be useful for silicones. The nomenclature we use is XT for experimental tin catalyzed products and XP for experimental platinum catalyzed products.
Some of the experimental products become standard grades, e.g., GI-245, GI-298 and GI-384 all began as experimental products that were developed for a specific application. Some recent product developments are shown below: |
